Working towards the Pony Club Tests
Congratulations to Sophie Rothbarth, Annabel West and Harriet Gough who all passed their C+ test in November'
All members of the Pony Club are encouraged to work towards their achievement badges which enable them to learn progressively about horse and pony care and riding. The rallies that are held throughout the year are geared to helping members gain the necessary standards needed to progress through the test structure. The groups that are put together for these rallies aim to mix members who are at a similar level and working for the same achievement badge.
The tests are taken at recommended ages and are designed with certain objectives in mind. They start with Mini Achievement badges aimed at under 8's and can be carried on all the way through to the Pony Club A tests which cover the highest levels of horsemanship.
